I can't say enough good things about Body Blueprint! This family-run gem of a company is a big reason I feel confident leading fitness classes and running my small business today. I've taken my Group Fitness, Personal Training, and a whole good handful of other trainings with them—and every single experience has been positive, supportive, and inspiring.

What sets Body Blueprint apart is the people. Everyone there truly cares—you feel it from the first email to the final exam (and beyond!). Their passion and dedication go far beyond the classroom. They’re always just a message away if questions come up, and their guidance is rooted in real knowledge, kindness, and experience (many years). They make their trainings so fun and accessible to everyone!

I’m able to love what I do because they love what they do! The ripple effects of their amazing trainings make our bodies, minds, and communities that much stronger!

If you're looking for top-notch fitness education with a personal touch, Body Blueprint is where it's at. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this school if you want to level up your fitness knowledge! I took an online class to get a certification as a BCRPA Weight Room Attendant. I had a wonderful experience, the teachers are such knowledgeable and kind people. The course material was really thorough and the teachers were quick to answer questions very in depth. This course and certification has been a great asset in my fitness career.

I took many courses with Body Blueprint fitness and I can say that Christina is an amazing instructor and woman at the same time besides that she is a very kind and honest woman. She try that everybody can understand and learn. There is so much support and encouragement through Body Blueprint and they work hard at making you succeed in whatever you are pursuing. I love all the courses I had taken with her and I will take more for sure I higher recommended it to everyone who like to become good a fitness instructor. Thanks, Christina for give us your passion. I am so happy to meet you. You are the best instructor I had met and I met a lot. I wish you all the best because you deserve it.

I'm brand new to this profession and have taken the in class Fitness Theory and Group Fitness courses. Christina is a fabulous, engaging teacher! She made it fun and easy to learn so I had all the tools and confidence to lead my classes. Lauren was also so quick to answer any questions I had, to keep me in line right through my ICE evaluation. I can't wait to take more courses and perhaps become a personal trainer. I know I'll have a top notch education with Body Blueprint Fitness! ??♥️

Everything about Body Blueprint will make you the best group fitness instructor. The class sizes offer personal interaction with the instructor, and Christina goes out of her way to ensure everyone is comfortable and understands the material. She has a really great team to help her--everyone is knowledgeable and dedicated to fitness. In short: inspiring!

I finished my Group Fitness Instructor cert with BB and will take more classes as soon as I have more time. I'd totally recommend them if you're looking to launch your fitness career! If you're learning from Christina, you're learning from someone with decades of experience and a passion for their job.
